here are some suggestions:

-A help desk that people can go to when they need help and make a commands ::helpdesk and only the staff member can get into the help desk with a command like ::staffhelpdesk.

-::vote command so after you voted you can get a reward like 15m or something.

hm desk im not sure about. but the vote is cool, after you vote you type in ::vote and get like cash or weapons
